IPTech is one of the few companies in Japan that maintains final processing facilities overseas. We operate as an end-buyer, handling everything in-house — from collection and purchase, through dismantling and reuse, to metal regeneration, refining, and final resale.

Our overseas facilities operate with full government approvals and environmental permits from local authorities. This is vastly different from some operators who illegally process waste in remote suburbs or mountainous areas, causing dust, odors, large-scale fires, and water pollution that disturb local residents.

At IPTech, we have installed environmentally conscious smelting facilities equipped with multi-layer filter rooms and state-of-the-art clean cooling ducts to prevent dust and smoke emissions. While pursuing sustainable business operations, we continue to contribute to renewable resources that are vital for humanity.

    We collect the equipment and finalize the purchase price after secure data destruction.

    We transfer the purchase amount to your designated bank account. A data destruction certificate can be issued upon request.

Applications

Zinc powder is widely used as a key raw material in anti-corrosion coatings rich in zinc. It is applied to large steel structures (buildings, marine facilities, bridges, pipes), ships, and containers that are unsuitable for hot-dip or electro-galvanizing. Our zinc powder is suitable for both epoxy-based and water-based inorganic anti-corrosion coatings. It offers excellent dispersibility, resistance to sedimentation, and does not form lumps. The resulting coatings provide smooth, uniform, thin films with superior weather and corrosion resistance.

Mechanical Zinc Plating

Our zinc powder is increasingly used for mechanical zinc plating on small prefabricated steel components, bolts, screws, and nails. It features uniform particle size, high zinc content, and low heavy metal impurities. When used in mechanical plating, it produces uniform, dense, smooth coatings with beautiful luster and excellent corrosion resistance.
